I've wanted to go to Disney World since I was a kid, but it never worked out. I joined this site a few years ago to dream and live vicariously through the pictures and trip reports.

A few weeks ago, I talked to my roommate (I'm a college student) about a trip. Today, we confirmed our plans. I can't believe it. This is finally happening. This December, I will be at Walt Disney World!

Too cool! I predict it will be the first of many trips for you. :earsboy:

Where are you staying? what are your dining plans! share share share! in case we know something you don't and could make it so much better....... or so some of us can live through your trip :)

Thanks guys! I hope you're right!

YouGotAFriendInMe--we're staying at the All Star Music. We don't have any dining plans because we're all trying to keep our costs down. We're going to be there December 15-19, so I'm hoping we don't run into too many issues. If you know something I don't, I'd love any advice you would give!

OMG how exciting!!! Soooo worth the wait. Next month will be trip number 10 (including one to Disneyland) for me. It's so addictive!

I would suggest booking one character meal in advance. It's really the perfect thing to you on your first trip and keeping it to only one meal will not be too tough on the pocketbook. Cheapest bets are any of the breakfast buffets, about $30 each.
