DW and I have been to WDW many times but never in the winter. We are thinking about going right after Thanksgiving so we cab see the Christmas decorations. Who can tell me how crowded it is after Thanksgiving and before Christmas? Are there usually AP rates that time of year? Thanks.

That's the only time of year we go. We're going 11/27 - 12/3. It's always so nice to see everything decorated for Christmas and the crowd level is low.

We went Dec 1-10 in 2000 and had a wonderful time! It was the perfect time to go. The crowds were light and the weather was wonderful It was cool in the morning and evening but it was very nice during the day. The best part about this time of year is the Christmas decorations! They just can't be beat. Everything just looks so beautiful. My dh and I are going back Nov 29-Dec 4 (our 1st trip without the kids-woohoo!) I can't wait! I would highly recommend seeing the Candlelight Processional. It was the absolute highlight of my trip! It was so amazing-very spiritual and moving. We will definately be doing the dinner pkg this time though. We waited in line last time and we ended up in the very last row! Even still - totally amazing! You may also consider Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party. It goes from 7-12 pm. You should definately buy tickets ahead of time as some of the dates sell out quickly. We really enjoyed it even though the kids were wiped out by 10. We had a ps at LTT for 5:30 so by the time we were finished with dinner it was time for the park to re-open. All of the rides were walk on! We went on Buzz and dumbo 5 times each with no wait at all! The parade is fabulous! I believe it is the same as the Holiday one they show on TV. Anyway, I could ramble forever... I definately recommend this time of year! In fact, we would go this time every year if the kids didn't have school. Hope this helps... Patty
