After park close ADR

I made reservation a while ago before current park hours were posted.
We are headed to WDW this weekend.
DHS closes at 7pm but have an ADR for 7:40pm at prime time cafe. Seems odd that it's allowed quite that late beyond closing time. I know we could do similar previously, wasn't sure if Covid changed things.

Yes, HS and MK both have restaurants that are staying open past park closing. I had an after park closing reservation at sci fi a few weeks ago.

Any idea how long the bus transport lasts after park close? Normally I'd take a lyft, but my father is coming and it will be the first time I've had somebody with an ecv in my group.
