Access control, really nice guy named Bob, said he couldn't do nothing. But I could call daily. He did say, with the two Christmas and New Years holidays they were probably behind. He said usually on Sundays they update, so hopefully tomorrow there is good news.

Finally got my seasonal ID and I have picked up a shift this Friday, so I still have my main gate pass will it work or are they going to be sending me a new one?
