After Hours at Avis location at Endless Summer

Hi, I saw this discussed a few years ago pre-covid so wanted to get updated info if possible. We want to drop an Avis rental off after their location at Endless Summer closes. Has anyone had any luck with this? Calling Avis they simply say we can't do that (strange, but ok).

Other posts I saw said valets at other resorts somehow handled this.

Any info/experience would be appreciated.

So, should have called Endless summer before posting, but in case anyone else needs this info. The procedure is you park the car in the Avis spots in the parking garage and then give the keys to someone at the front desk for the resort.
