After hour hard cards

We will be going to the after hours party at Hollywood Studios in August. These were purchased with the AP discount, so they told us that we need to pick up the passes at the will call window.
Can we pick up the hard cards for the party when we first get to Disney or do we have to wait till the day of the party and pick them up at the ticket window? We do have these on our MDE, but we would prefer to get hard cards for the event.

You should see your tickets in MDE. If not, you can link them with your DAH reservation number. Then you don’t have to pick anything up, just use your MB. If you really want a hard card, you should be able to pick it up at GS whenever you want.
