How much is the discount after Easter at stores like Walmart, Target, and Kmart? Do they start at 25% off, or go right to 50% off? I want to pick up some pre-made baskets for the toys. We get frisbees, bubbles and playground balls that way. Much cheaper and the kids enjoy the candy later in the Spring.

They usually start at 50% off. Target has been only do 30% off on their candy for the first couple days latley.

I was at Wal-Mart this morning (11 am or so) and the candy was not on sale.

But the shelves were picked clean! Only thing left was some "grass' for baskets and some bit stuffed pink bunnies.

But nothing on sale. Found it odd...

Our CVS had stuff left, but it wasn't on sale yet. I'm going to attempt to go to CVS and Walgreens on my lunch tomorrow and get candy and stuff for my niece for next year.

Toys R Us started their after Easter sale today. I dont know what will be left in your area tomorrow since they were open today but it is 75% off all Easter stuff!

Anybody venture to the stores today for Easter candy? Just wondering what the discounts are and if it's worth going in. If I don't find it one sale, I sometimes buy something else because I'm in there and feel I deserve to buy something! ;)

This morning Walmart was 50% off most Easter. For some reason some of the Easter related toys were still full price though, so make sure you check the price.

Today my Target had 30% off some candy, then 50% off other candy and all other Easter things.

Yes, mine as well. The two closest Targets were just 30% off everything (I called), but another two were 50% off the stuff and 30% off the candy. I picked up some nice My Little Pony and Littlest Pet Shop sets for 50%--saving some for XMas gifts.

I am visiting my sister in North Fl (Palm Coast) and their Target had nothing today!

Our Target had 50% off today, so I got a pair of shorts for DD (apparently, pastel plaid counts as Easter wear!), and a couple of cake mixes. Everything else was really picked over and there was not much left except about 500 pairs of Easter socks.

My Target was closed yesterday. This morning all candy was 30% and the other items were 50%.

Oh and I got a few little Lego sets, some tshirts and shorts for my baby, an Easter mega doodle, candy, easter basket for baby for next year, a small nerf football, a polly pocket and a pack of the timer/talking eggs. Oh, and a rug and some plastic cutlery.

Our Walmart, Target and Sam's Club had next to nothing left yesterday. No candy, whatsoever. I'm wondering if it was packed up and sent back to the manufacturer. I have never seen the shelves so empty the day after a holiday, it was extremely odd.

I went to A Target yesteday and found a few toy type things (batman imaginex set, kites, card games) at 50% off, candy was only 30%

Went to Walgreens today and everything Easter was 50% off. I even scored a Mickey Large piggy bank with some Easter goodies in it...it sold for 9.99 (no way I would ever pay that much) so I got it for 5!!!!! The cashier tried to tell me it wasn't part of the Easter sale, until I pointed out it said Easter right on it!!! I did notice though, that the candy was marked higher than Target, so it was about the same price for some things
