After Disney College Program

I had a question about what to do AFTER the program.

I am currently a Junior in College and want to do the college program right after I graduate. After the college program, I still would like to work for Disney or continue with the college program. Is it possible to continue with the college program even though I will be finished with college? Or to keep working there with a higher salaried/permanent position?

Anyone have any insight on this?

After the first program, you can extend your program or do a PI as long as it won't put you at being there over a year...and I know that it is possible for you to go seasonal or part-time and even full-time, but it may take awhile for part-time or full-time status to go through, because some locations have waiting lists for people wanting to do that.

You can extend your college program as stated above. You will want to try to get a PI which is a specialized internship. Those are very competative and you will need to get a good recommendation letter from your leader. Lots of CPs who stay down go seasonal or part time. Full time takes a long time to get, usually about 6 months. Very important though, do not go for a second CP. You don't go anywhere in the company, but straight back to the bottom and you waste your time towards getting your degree. Stay with the company by either getting the PI or going part time.
