After Ceremony Food

We are having our Escape wedding at Sea Breeze Point July 26. We were going to go to Epcot to eat afterwards but I don't necessarily want to change out of my wedding dress. Does anyone know the approximate cost of having sandwiches with the cake cutting?

honestly im not sure that you can add finger foods to the cake cutting without triggering certain minimums and other venue planning issues (im sure someone will chime in/give your planner a jingle) - if you havent availed yourself of the passporters guide to weddings and honeymoons, its a must! lots of well organized info that may help you with options.

im pretty sure that unless you are getting married in the parks (really early or really late), having a DFTW photo shoot (same time frames) or having a desert party, you cant wear a wedding dress proper in the parks (i think you already knew that from what you wrote ).

I don't think you can add sandwiches to a cake cutting. You can go to any of the resort restaurants, or do a small catered event, but that second option triggers a higher minimum.

We did a package where we just had the cake cutting and as I didn't want to change out of my dress or go too far in it. We had our wedding breakfast at grand Floridian cafe ( its always a lot more quite then other restaurants ) has beautiful places for photo ops like the vintage car outside , the huge staircase, etc
It also felt really fairy tale like to walk through the grand in my wedding dress with everyone saying how beautiful I looked

We added a catered reception, but we were already stuck with the minimum expenditure because we are on a Saturday and we are doing a dessert party.

If your budget allows for it, you could change into a short dress (I see pics of them all over the place), not wear your veil or bring your flowers and you'd be ok.....
Leave your hair in your updo or however you're going to wear it....
