After a trip...Do you avoid these boards?

Does anyone after returning from a trip avoid the boards? I did for a while after...I was too sad about being back. I didn't want to be reminded of it. Especially, since I thought I wasn't going back for a few years. Little did I know it would only be 9 months before I was going back.

As much as I LOVE these boards, I do get sad/depresed when I return home from Disney but....I soon start sneaking back after a few weeks!

Me too!

After our March trip it took me almost two months to get back on...I missed the planning/ excitement of the trip.

Luckily, DD and I are going back in a few weeks....YEAH!

Yes. In fact, after our last trip in September 04 I didn't get back on the boards until 2 days ago because I knew our next trip wouldn't be until Dec 05 and that's just way too long to long for something. But now, 5 months out, I'm good to go and getting reenergized with the help of all of you who post!

I find that visiting the DIS boards helps me with my post trip depression, so I visit them often after a trip.

I have found these boards since my last trip. I will have to see what happens after my trip in October. But I have a feeling I might not want to hop back on right away either. Then again, I know I am going back in Dec 06 after my wedding. . .so you never know.

I'm totally addicted! I find that these boards help a lot with Disney withdrawal. Plus, I'm often able to help folks more right after my own trip. Does Dis addiction ever go away?

yes, I felt sad after I got back on Monday and didn't know if I would come back for a while, but me and my dbf might go back in Oct so now I have a reason to stay!

I normally hit the boards the second I get back home. That, and watch some Disney movies, it always helps till my next trip. But I probably won't go back to Disney till september after my trip in a few weeks. So it will be awhile for me. The last time I went to MK was about three weeks ago. So I normally go quite a bit, but I can't wait to get annual passes!!

No, last time I posted my trip report and tried to answer as much question I could. I think disboards is as addicting as the World.

I am addicted so I can't stay off the boards, though sometimes I wish I could lol. Seems more I read the more I want to go back.

I get on this forum for a few weeks to answer questions / provide input.... then I slowly drift away and realize how repetitive the questions seem once my trip is behind me! (THat doesn't bother me BEFORE my trip!!!!) So then I hop over to the Community Board, which I rarely visit before a trip. Something for everyone here!

I sometimes avoid the boards for about oh, 3 days after a trip. Than I jump back on, and now I have 147 days to go till my Nov. trip.
