Yep - we got busy signals for the first few times we dialed and then were on hold for 78 minutes. At that point, the dates we needed to switch from other reservations to CCV were gone so its been a wasted morning. The nice folks on the member services chat can basically do nothing. They were to cheerful and happy to tell me to call the 800 number since they could not modify my existing reservations and we didn't have quite enough points remaining just to book and cancel without borrowing from next year and causing a mess. Oh well. Why the heck can't you modify your own reservations online??
