hold your horses is back but after a wait the site is not available 3 times I tried
 
Web site is still not functioning.
I called at 9 am, got a "not open yet" message. Called again, got a busy signal. Called again, got over 1 minutes of ringing, then a "welcome home," then a 1 minute pause. Finally gave my information, got a "19 minute wait" message.
And at 9:10 am, web site still not working.
And I'm still getting the "Due to higher than usual call volume . . ."
 
I swear they do this on purpose to deflect the large volume of calls, hoping people have to leave for work, or go about their day, so as not to have people on hold for five hours!
 

I got in for a bit and then it said something was wrong with my account. (What??) The next try they went back down.
 
They finally answered the phone at 9:03. Been on hold ever since. Just saids do to higher calls you wait time will be longer than usual don't give you a estimate time.
 
Finally got through on the web site at 9:34 am, coincidentally the same exact moment my phone call was picked up.
 
Yep - we got busy signals for the first few times we dialed and then were on hold for 78 minutes. At that point, the dates we needed to switch from other reservations to CCV were gone so its been a wasted morning. The nice folks on the member services chat can basically do nothing. They were to cheerful and happy to tell me to call the 800 number since they could not modify my existing reservations and we didn't have quite enough points remaining just to book and cancel without borrowing from next year and causing a mess. Oh well. Why the heck can't you modify your own reservations online??

We should be able to along with room request and location. And banking and borrowing. I'm sure there are other things, but I can't think straight right now.
