After 4:00 ticket at Epcot for FL resident??

Does this option still exist for FL residents? If so, does anyone know the cost and can you buy a single after 4:00 admission or is it only an annual type of pass?

I don't think they offer this pass anymore.
Last time I checked, maybe a couple of years ago, it was a little over $100 for the pass.
It didn't seem like a good deal when you can get a seasonal pass for under $200.
I'm almost positive they've discontinued the Epcot After 4:00 pass.
