After 1PM MK Plan - help needed

Going with a group of 8 to a conference at CSR next Tues-Fri. Plan to do MK on our arrival day, getting there by 1PM. Help! I'm an avid WDW planner who always rope drops. I have not done MK later than rope drop since pre-COVID. Looking for help with how I stack Genie + and what order to do rides in. I've read/used some touring plans blogs and am not finding things that helpful/consistent. We want to do BTMRR, SM, SW, BLY, Pirates, HM, Mickey's Philharmagic, People Mover, and anything else after we can fit in or fill in. Any help/guidance would be appreciated! Also, we are going to HS on Wed and same thing....starting at 1PM after our conference sessions are over. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Are you in a place where you can access your phone at 7 am? I would buy G+ and start stacking afternoon times so that by the time you show up you have a bunch of ride times reserved already.

Yes - planned to do that with those that plan to purchase it. I assume BTMM, SM, and PPF would be one's I'd try to stack?

Here’s a few graphs from Thrill data, yesterdays crowds, that should help with planning. I would suggest going for Space Mountain at 7am followed by haunted mansion, pirates and big Thunder later. Buzz, small world and philharmagic can all be done standing later in the day.

Thanks, however I stated we won't arrive until 1PM. That's why I need help! I know how to rope drop, but haven't been after 1PM since pre-COVID. I will look over the charts. Thanks1

That would be wise but not in that order. PPF will go first, second priority should be Space and 3rd BTMR. We have done later arrivals as of late and it's not too bad. You can still get a good amount done. Plan to fill in between with G+ rides with the not as in demand attractions if standby lines aren't too crazy or have a bite to eat until you can book your next G+.

Sorry, I meant for grabbing the Genie+ LLs, starting at 7.

I think those charts should help with finding a time later in the day with low lines so you don’t have to waste a LL on some rides while the rest helps to figure out how long the passes last. The ones that go quicker, you’ll want to grab sooner.

I am also going to MK next week on an after 1pm convention ticket (DH has a VA convention). My plan is to wake up before 7am and try for Tron VQ and grab PPF LL. I will have to modify it for a window for after 1pm eventually. I will also purchase an ILL for 7D at 9a when the park opens because I’m not staying on property. I’ll then be eligible to book another LL (probably space mountain) at 11am and one more after I enter the park at 1. I’ll also try for another Tron VQ if I wasn’t successful at 7am! If I was successful with Tron at 7am, I will have 4 things booked by the time I enter the park!

Just remember, if you are successful at 7, and your number is called, they are strict with the 1 hour return time. If you miss your return window, you are eligible to rejoin at the 1pm drop as long as the window has expired and you’ve scanned into Magic Kingdom.
