Where do these start (which room #'s have them). We have been moved to room 6128, and absolutely do not want a metal verandah.
Thanks for the information

I am afraid I don't have the information you need -- but what is the difference in veranda types. Are the metal verandas surrounded by metal so that you can't see out? We are staying in 6042 in two weeks -- what kind does that have????
For anyone who would like to see the difference for themselves, I have photos of both types of verandahs on my website at www.disneycruiser.com or www.castawayclub.com
I tend to run counter to popular opinion, as I like the metal verandahs...my favorite stateroom, 5650, has one. The verandah is a little larger than the standard because of the curve of the ship, and the fact that you are waaaay aft where it's more peaceful and quiet is a big plus for me.

Does anyone know what 7616 and 7618 are? From the deck plan they appear to be very close to the aft elevators but before the rooms with Navigator's Verandahs. Does this mean they they would be plexiglass? I really have no preference either way, just curious.
#7638 verandah you will not be able to see over the railing from a typical chair. We had to stand up to see over the railing when we were in neighboring cabin #7636 last sept. I don't know if that is the case with a wheelchair though.
