I'm also a newbie and have been lurking (hiding) for atleast a year. I'm finally brave enough to post a couple things.

Does it get easier the more you post? I probabley sound silly, I was just afraid nobody would ever write me back. I guess I have issues. LOL

Anyways, "HI". I spend several hours on this site everyday. It's becoming a problem, but I'm not going to do anything about it. It's a good problem.

HI!

It does get easier! I used to be a complete wallflower around here and now flit all over the place! The Community Board has a lot of action and you can really develop some friendships there, but it also can be a bit scary until you learn your way around and buy a flame-proof suit!

We also have crafting boards where you can meet some great people if you have any interest in crafting. Or just find a board that suits your interest, Restaurants, Resorts etc and start posting. You will start to recognize other regulars and they will recognize you.

Hello and to the DIS . No need to worry as each time you post, the more comfortable you'll feel . But one word of caution....it's VERY ADDICTING and the addiction only gets worse as each day goes by . But even so, it's a great place to be . Have fun here on the Dis and happy posting .
