Look slike Aer Lingus might be coming out cheapest for me for next August at £2227 for 3 adults. (Virgin is coming out at £2711)

I don't know if this is a big enough saving for me to choose indirect over direct (but then there is the Guinness to consider at Dublin airport:cool1:)

I have flown indirect several times (with BA and American carriers) but never used Aer Lingus. Are they OK on service and time-keeping for example. Would £500 price difference be enough to tempt you to try them?

I love flying them and in november some time they are moving into the new part of the airport so will be doing customs and immigration in dublin but staff are friendly and have a good entertainment system too :)

we just flew into orlando with them on saturday 2nd oct. We flew Glasgow to Dublin and then onto orlando international.

Flights we on time and clean and service was great although they ran our of every soft drink barring water and orange juice,

Lots of movies to choose from and tvs shows plus games and music which made the flight go past much quicker.

Only thing i was not keen on was the small propellor plane that we got from GLA to DUB.

DH took advantage of a pint of the black stuff and said that it is true that it tastes totally different from back home.

Over all a :thumbsup2 from us don't really care too muchy about the return as I will be too sad to be going home to care.:sad1:
