Advise you'd give a WDW newbie about table service dining

I agree about taking reviews with a grain of salt. For a first timer, do your research and go with your gut. No one knows your travel party like you do. With all the variety available at counter service restaurants these days, you can eat just fine without any ADRs if that works best for you. A first timer doesn’t know how much they don’t know. They won’t realize what they have missed because it’s impossible to do it all in one trip. For a first timer, it’s more about balance and not focusing too much on any one thing, whether that’s dining plans, the perfect FP selections, the perfect resort, or squeezing in every upcharge event and upgrade. Just because someone who has been going to WDW for forty years says their vacation won’t be perfect unless they do X, Y or Z doesn’t mean it’s the best choice for a first visit.

I strongly disagree with taking reviews with “ a grain of salt”. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people go and come back saying , yes Hollywood and vine was absolutely gross and Tony’s was horrid. there are some restaurants that are so bad it’s pretty unanimous out here you should just skip them
