Get counseling. Ideally with your DH, but going by yourself may be just as important.

Many practices offering sliding fees if money or insurance are a problem. You can also consult your minister. Also, if you live near a large university they may offer counseling services that are inexpensive.

Are you bank accounts in both of your names? You are entitled to half. You could just remove the money and open new accounts in just your name. Maybe at a different bank? If the accounts are in his name and you have his security info you could still remove some money even though it's technically not legal. Just don't clean him out. Make sure you have credit in your own name so he can't shut down all of the credit cards on you. You can also kick him out.
