So, after spending all of her life pushing "normal" I really think I need to get a DAS for my daughter. For several reasons- her exhaustion level being first.
But how do I do this?
Some background, we have 6 kids ages 3-12. All are laid back and have always gone with the flow- they are the type that cheerfully slow it down but on this trip I really want them to live it up. Joanna is now tall enough but unable to ride anything that could trigger tachycardia, etc. Joanna is doing medium right now, we never know how she will be for our December trip. She loves princesses and cookies so we should find plenty for her
She will be sleeping in the stroller a lot so when she is chipper I want to make the most.
Here is my question- we have our 60 day fastpass coming up. Do I just focus on fastpasses for the rest of the crew? Can Joanna and I can just use her DAS and do the other little things? She has no need for the big fastpasses- the only one is possibly Anna and Elsa that is "popular". Will I be able to take her to say, Dumbo or Peter Pan or a Cinderella meet, while the kids race around to space mountain? I want them ALL to have fun and we are going to do 1-2 hours a day separated to accomodate. We will do It's a Small World together as a family even when I am so old they are lifting me out of my wheelchair to get on.
But there is plenty to do separate- I just am overwhelmed! Not sure how the DAS actually works for us.
Any general advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
