Advice wanted

We are staying at Disney March 24 to April 3rd.
On one of the days we are looking to have a nice meal with my parents before going to EPCOT to watch illuminations.

We were going to book Coral Reef but this is full. Can anyone offer an alternative (Mum only eats very plain food ) that would be easy to get to EPCOT from.

I always eat at Rose and Crown pub and dining room during Illuminations. The food is good and we have always been able to snag a table to watch the fireworks.

With the dates right around the corner, I am not sure about availability, but in WS at Epcot we love Le Cellier, walking distance back to Illuminations you could try the Yaughtsmen Steakhouse at the YC, or on the Boardwalk, Spoodles....
