Advice please???

Hey guys I'm new to the board and would like some advice from the experts. Me and my guy will be staying at a partner hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. I would like to visit US/IOA, seaworld and wet n wild. I wanna get the most cost effective option pass and be able to visit the parks more than once. Any suggestions? Also will be there during the week, will that change anything? Thanks in advance guys
