Advice please?

What about Florida - any opinions? I really love the looks of Florida, but for anyone who lives in Florida, are looks decieving? (I've been there; but asking anyway)

Another option is the tri-state area...i live in nj and there are a lot of towns that are low cost and we r gay friendly here...not quite sure bout south jersey cause havent been there that much (i know some people on here are from there) but speaking for north and central jersey...there are many varieties...also there are a lot of colleges around here and in the tri-state area...so just incase you were thinking about ny/nj they are good ideas to keep in mind
