Advice Please -- Where to Dine With Goofy????

I am helping a friend plan a trip to Disney in early September. Her 3.5 year old son wants to eat with Goofy. My family has only done the Crystal Palace, so I want to make sure I'm giving her the right advice. I am going to advise the Cape May Buffet Breakfast, Chef Mickey's and the Libery Tree Tavern. Am I correct? Are the characters around at all meals or specific meals?

Are there any other opportunities to dine with Goofy?

I appreciate any advice.

Remember that at Chef Mickey's Goofy is just in the lobby area. When I've done breakfast there he's never gone around to the tables. Not sure about the other meals.

Last year we did Goofy's Libation Dinner (I think that is what it is called) at Magic Kingdom. Goofy was plenty accessible - he came to the table more than once. From the character dining we experienced - that I would say would be your best Goofy sighting. Enjoy! We are making ADRs now for our Oct trip and I am very excited!

Goofy is the host at Goofy's Liberate Your Appetite Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern in MK.

We've eaten at Chef Mickey's many times (our most recent two times were this past January) & Goofy was always making the rounds at the tables every time.

Each time we've been at CM, it has always been Donald Duck that greets people at the entrance.

I think it changes for dinner, last year for dinner, Goofy came around and Donald only stood in the front. I had heard it is the opposite for breakfast but I am not 100% sure of that.

I've never seen Donald at any of the Chef Mickey's breakfast that I've been to. Is he starting to make appearances, or is it just for lunch or dinner?

Chef mickeys has goofy and I have a great story aobut this meal. WE ate there for dinner late seating around 9-930 and my sons fav is goofy. At the end of our meal as we were leaving goofy chip and dale were out front. Goofy started a ticlke fight and involved my son, it was the highlight of his trip.

Good morning!
We got some GREAT photos with Goofy in tropical garb at the 'Ohana character breakfast at the Polynesian!! He spent a lot of time at our table. DDs (7 and 5 at the time) had a blast.
