advice please on which hotel

Hi we are on holiday in Orlando in August and would like to stay at a Uni Hotel for one night. There are 7 of us so we need two rooms and would like them to be a good size. Which hotel has the larger rooms PBH or RPR......I am hoping to book with airmiles since I have enough saved to get both rooms without having to add cash if I book one triple and one quad.

PBH's rooms are much larger. The bathrooms are also much larger...however the sink is inside the bathroom where at RPR there is a sink outside the toilet area so people can be using both parts of the bathroom at the same time.
