Your advice and opinions welcomed. We are flying to WDW from Nov 2 till the end of the month. I would like to know if any of our dear DIS members have flown Air Tran. Flying out of Buffalo to Orlando 763.50 Everything included. SW is 951.
This will be our first time flying, would like a pleasant experience. Any thoughts?

We flew from Buffalo to Orlando this past May. Took Airtran down and JB back. No problems what so ever with Airtran. Flight was on time, btw I booked flight 7 months out and only had a 10 min change once in all that time..surprising:goodvibes Our flight was around 3:30 in the afternoon so the plane that we took had just come in and was still a used looking when we got on but that doesn't deter me at all from flying them again. On the other side about Jetblue, we really liked the flight...there actually is more legroom!:rotfl:

Ps- we booked our seats ahead of time but you still need to wait in the regular check in line at BUF for Airtran. Not sure if this is routine or not. A lot of others and I were under the impression we would be in a different line. Still we showed up about 2 hours before our flight and had PLENTY of time to eat/bathroom/security etc. Have fun!

Thanks Spicemom, we appreciate your experience. It help's in making our arrangments. Thanks once again

If you are driving down to Buffalo yourselves, there are a lot of hotel which offer the stay and park program. You stay at their hotel the night before or after your flights and pay a little extra for parking your car at their lot. They will shuttle you to the airport. Maybe this will help at the planning.
