ADVICE on which Marroitt prop to book a timeshare presentation

We will be traveling in the fall (family of 5) and would like any advice on which Marriott property we should book for a good rate (sit through a timeshare presentation).

We would like good access to WDW (w/i 15 mins drive)
A good outdoor pool
Suite type accom. if possible
New or renovated facility
DS 12; DD 10; DS 2

It's been awhile, but I attended a presentation for Marriott's Horizon's near SeaWorld - as they bill it - adjacent to the Residence Inn. We were upgraded to a 2BR on check in for my $169 - w/ the awesome breakfast buffet - plus got a one day WDW park ticket of choice.

More than enough room - free grocery shopping - gave them a list and they had it delivered within 6 hours @ no charge. Pool is gorgeous and accessible. Presentation was lo pressure but I made it clear from the get go I was just there to listen.In reality - I thought it was a great deal if I could've afforded it! Comparable - and in some ways perhaps better than DVC. JMHO

After THAT, we checked out and stayed at WL for 4 days - !!!!

As I stated - this was over 2 years ago - but.. if you want a Marriott presentation, this one was great!!! Good luck!!!

There are six Marriott timeshares in the area, but only 2 are currently being sold new by Marriott: Marriott's Grande Vista, and Horizons by Marriott. The others (Royal Palms, Sabal Palms, Imperial Palms, and Cypress Harbor) are all sold out, and only available thru resale (either thru Marriott resales or other brokers like Timeshare Store).

you generally are given a choice.

it is based on your income - higher income $70,000 and Up - Marriott's Grande Vista, under $70,000 Horizons at Marriott.

they have been known to refuse to let you see the other.
