Advice on Villas please...

Hi again,
We are a family of 4 ,son age 14,daughter 8..so as you can imagine it is a bit of a nightmare trying to please both children!
After having stayed in a hotel last time we visited Orlando,we have decided this year we need more space and have opted for a villa/condo/townhouse on a resort..the problem is which one?I have looked on tripadvisor but this has only added to my confusion
My daughter is happy with a pool but as you can appreciate my 14 year old son isn't so easy to impress(despite the fact he was in Florida!)
Can anyone give me some suggestions as to which resorts i should look at?
I do not think i could stand another holiday with my 14 year old sat infront of the tv after the theme parks or on chilling days as it is too hot!..and believe me there were many attempts to detach him from the tv!!!

If you're travelling by car and don't mind a few extra minutes drive, why not consider a bit further out down S. Poinciana Blvd? Out in the country, more seclusion, and often some great wildlife

We always stay here, wouldn't go anywhere else!

What would entice your son away from the TV. We have stayed in villas and TH and there is a TV in nearly every room so you may find it hard to get him out

Some of the communities have a small gym, pool tables or routes to jog on - is that what you were thinking?

I think i have decided on Vista Cay Resort, it looks really nice and seems to be in a good position...I just hope that does the trick!
