Advice on US/IOA travel plans

Thursday: Nov 28 arriving into MCO, need to make our way to Loews Royal Pacific
Friday: Nov 29 spending day at US/IOA. We will find a very cheap hotel to stay at friday evening
Saturday: NOv 30 Return to MCO to catch Magical Express to Disney

Option A: Rent a car for the 2 days? pay the $20 parking at Royal Pacific
Option B: Take a taxi to all our destinations?

Just me and my husband
We will be in Orlando for around 10 days so need car space for 2 large pieces of luggage.
Current car rental rate to accommodate luggage size-around $100-$130

Why are you going back to MCO to get the ME? It would cost just as much and be much faster to take a taxi to WDW from Universal.
And how are you getting your luggage from the Loews to the cheap hotel? If you are taking a taxi then you might as well rent a car at this point.
