We are planning our VR for next year and thought that we had all the venue's picked out. The day of our VR, we are having the ceremony at the Canada Terrace and brunch at the Attic. Then we are going to get back together in the evening for dinner and fireworks at Italy Isola West...we were then going to transfer to the Italy courtyard and dance the night away. When we met with our consultant last month she thought it would be OK to do it that way.

Then we heard from her this week and she said that Epcot really will not let outdoor dancing start until 11PM(or until everyone is out of the park) but that we can have the dance inside somewhere. We really wanted to dance outside and are really bummed about it and we don't want to START the dance at 11, that is just to late. She mentioned maybe doing the dance upstairs at American Adventure, but we don't really like that area. We thought about maybe trying to do it in the routunda.....what do you think? Then we thought maybe Living Seas but the tanks are shut off at 9PM so that room kind of looses the effect.

Anyone have any other ideas on where to have the dance part? We really want it in Epcot and were in love with the idea of dancing outside in Epcot....so now we are kind of stuck.

Isn't there an indoor space in France that you may be able to use? I'm not 100% sure of this information but it may be worth looking into.

You would need to have 100 guests to use the Rotunda. There really aren't a lot of indoor spaces in World Showcase—there's the Great Hall of China. There's Norway VIP Lounge, but if you don't like American Adventure Parlor you probably won't like that place either. France doesn't have an indoor venue other than Bistro de Paris, but it will be open to the public until park closing time, so the event start time would be the same.

There are places in Future World, like The Odyssey and the Wonders Lounge in the Wonders of Life Pavilion, but they're even less picturesque than American Adventure Parlor...

There's also the Living Seas Salon. The lights in the aquarium would be shut off sometime during your dancing (I think around 10pm?). If that isn't a big deal, you could consider that space for dancing in EPCOT.
