We are staying for 8 nights/9 days with Deluxe dining! :cool1:

Anyways we are going to do all Signature Dining restaurants while we are there but want to make sure they are somewhat spread out (making sure that we don't book two steak restaurants in a row)

Can you tell me your opinions on our schedule?

Wed - Breakfast @ Kona / Dinner @ Artist Point
Thurs - Lunch ? / Dinner @ Flying Fish
Fri - Lunch @ Le Cellier/ Dinner @ Narcoosse's
Sat - Lunch @ Chefs De France/ Dinner @ Cali Grill
Sun - Lunch @ Teppan Edo or Toyko Dining/ Dinner @ Brown derby w/ FDP
Mon - Lunch @ The Wave/ Dinner @Yachtsman
Tues - Lunch @ Sanaa / Dinner @ Citricos
Wed - Lunch @ Tutto Italia/ Dinner @ Jiko
Thurs - Breakfast/lunch ?

Any opinions would be awesome!

I think you are going to be too full from a big TS lunch to appreciate a signature dinner. I would maybe change some to mid-morning breakfasts.

Wow, that is a ton of food!

I would also change some lunch to bkfast.

OR, make sure that you eat lunch about 11:00, then Dinner at 8 or 9!

I would love to try all those places, but probably not on the same trip!!

We have similar ADRs planned...TS for early lunch, with a Signature for dinner. We did the same last year and it worked out fine. Some days we did not always order appie, entree and dessert for lunch, but with all the walking at WDW ......we were ready for a lesiure dinner.
Most of our 2TS meals are scheduled for around 7pm ( our lunches at 11;30am or 12:00 noon) We like to linger over a nice glass of wine and usually spend 1 1/2hrs to 2 hrs for our evening meal.

We leave in 3 days and it will probably be hot and humid at WDW, so we enjoy the chance the sit down and relax in the air cond. mid-day.

Dump Narcossees, trust me here.............
Also do try Teppan Edo! That was a highlight of our trip, great food top notch service, GREAT PLACE!!!! :thumbsup2

I would definantly keep Narcoosee. Everyone has different experiences and opinions, so you really need to decide for yourself. For example, everyone ravs about Jiko and we thought the food was "meh", the seating for two was crammed tight, and the service was terrible. I love FF, but DH was not thrilled with the potato wrapped snapper ( their signature dish) yet we will try again next week for FF. Jiko, on the other hand, we will take a break for a year or two.
BTW, we have ADRs for Narcoosees two times next week. Our favorite server is Amer, and if he is there on either night, hoepfully we can request him.:thumbsup2

Thanks for all the replys!

I would love to have more breakfast meals, however, dh see's that using the credits would not be using the credits wisely (as far as getting the most for your money goes), which is why he's 'allowed' me to make one adr for breakfast, Kona.

So we for sure will spread out our lunches and dinner so that we would use a snack in the middle of the day to hold us over...

possibly a drinky :drinking1
