Hi All
I would like to take the kids on a haunted wagon ride on Halloween night and wondered what is the best way to get to Ft Wilderness Lodge. We are staying at CSR but I wondered if there was a pretty way of getting there without driving. I was hoping boat maybe but never been there before.
Any info much appreciated :)

If you get a bus from CSR to the Magic Kingdom you can get a boat across to Ft Wilderness (it goes to Wilderness Lodge first, then on to Ft Wilderness).
There are also boats from The Contemporary to Ft Wilderness and there is a bus service between Wilderness Lodge and Ft Wilderness. All these, and the bus to/from MGM, drop you at the Settlement in Ft Wilderness - which is where the Wagon Rides go from.

The buses to/from EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney and Ft Wilderness drop you off at the main gate and then you have to catch a 'Settlement' bus down to the Settlement area.

The only thing to watch is getting back to CSR if the Magic Kingdom transport has stopped (approx 1 to 2 hours after the park closes) - you would have to go to Downtown Disney and then on to CSR.

If you want a relatively cheap (for Disney!) buffet I can recommend the Trails End Resturant at Ft Wilderness (it's only 8 days since we ate our final Disney meal there).

Thanks for that :) We may well go for something to eat at the traisl end after the wagon end. Do I need to PS??

It was extremely quiet when we ate at Trails End in August - I would say probably not.
