Advice on FP+ Strategy

Hello, wise ones. FP+ reservations open up in nine days for our late May - early June trip, and I could use some advice on which ones to grab.

Here's my conundrum: Our first MK day will be partly with our 18-month old daughter, but she'll have a sitter after dinner. So our thinking was to do the "big kid" rides after we get back to the park (we're at CR, so not a huge time suck with transportation). Normally, it looks like the conventional advice is to get FP+ for the big kid rides, but since we're doing those at the end of the day, I believe that would prohibit us from using more than the three we can reserve in advance (you can't get new ones until you use your first three, right?).

Would you get the AM ones and hope there are PM ones up for grabs? Select three and just not leverage FP+ for the rest of the day?

Here are the rides TP recommends FP+ for, and the times our plan has us hitting them:
- Peter Pan, 9:45 AM
- Pooh, 4:30 PM
- Big Thunder, 7:50 PM
- Splash, 9:00 PM
- 7DMT, 9:55 PM
- Space, 10:40 PM

Of all of these, I want to make sure we get to go on Pooh (daughter LOVES Pooh) and Big Thunder, which is DH's favorite.

FWIW, crowd levels at MK are expected to be at a 7, and there are PM EMH from 9:00-11:00 PM.

I always create our own touring plan and we have always managed to finish EVERY ride in Fantasyland within the first hour or so of being in the park regardless of how busy the park is. Keep in mind that the biggest crowds head to the "Mountains" and 7DMT first thing in the morning which means that most of the rides in Fantasyland have much shorter lines immediately after park opening. I would recommend being in the park for rope drop and heading immediately to Peter Pan since it gets a long line quickly (alternately you could do 7DMT if you don't mind switching off with your daughter and riding alone, and then do Peter Pan second). Then I would head to Winnie the Pooh. At that point you can really do any other attractions. We haven't done Dumbo in YEARS - not since my son was very small so someone else can probably give you better advice it - I don't know if it is one that you should use a FP for? If you don't get a FP for Dumbo (I honestly don't know if it is needed), then I would go ahead and schedule your FPs for most popular "grown-up rides" for the evening - especially 7DMT if you didn't switch off already.
