For the first time since 1997 we'll be stayinig off site, west of rt 429, 8536 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway to be exact. When I MapQuest routes to various WDW destinations the site sends us on I4 at times and I suspect this is not the way a savy local would go. I'd appreciate any driving tips from those in the know on the best roads to get to and from the different parks. I'm sure the time of day matters so I'll say that we plan on hitting our first park at ropedrop and we'll probably return to the hotel for a late afternoon break, returning to either MK or the Epcot cluster in the evening. Thanks for any advice offered.
