Advice on DLP parades

Hi Everyone,

We're off to DLP at the end of July; first visit back since '98!

I been reading lots of trip report to brush up as so much has changed. One thing I keep coming across is that the parades seem to work different from WDW. If I understand thing correctly the main parade (@5pm) seems to be a normal one but the others seem to be more of a meet and greet. Have I got this right??

I would be grateful of some pointers of best viewing points, how long before to get there and advice of how things like the Stars In cars and Character express work.

At the end of July the Once Upon a Dream (daytime) parade in the main park will be around 7:15pm and Fantillusion (electric night-time parade) is usually around 10:30pm and these are both traditional.

I'll let someone else tell you about the Stars in Cars etc etc as it wasn't running when we last went and I don't want to tell you duff info!
