Ok I'll be the first to admit that my cooking sucks.
I've been asked to make some little chicken legs and wings for Christmas Eve, simple enough request.
So I went an bought a bag of frozen little chicken legs/wings to try my hand at it this past weekend before the holiday hits so I could have it perfected...I thawed the bag in the refrez. and then rolled them in shake and bake and baked them in the oven....yeah they turned out not very good, I was really disappointed.
How does everyone else do theirs, my goodness it can't be that hard, the ones you always get in the resturants are always so good, I could eat a ton of them, mine I ate 4 and was done.
What is the secret to this someone please enlighten me on how to do them, before my guest pack up and go out to eat, I have 8 days to get my act together. TIA

so well just come over your house...ha
Some people dip in egg first, but I don't because my daughter is severely allergic to them. They come out just fine without the egg dip.
