You can link the new membership to your DVC login. It will still show up as a different membership but will all be under one login.
And yes, if you were to add them after purchase DVC would create a new membership for those contracts.
It's the date of purchase of the qualified contract that they would be added to that defines how many points they need to own. It's been various levels and DizzyDizney did not say when that 50 pt contract was purchased but it would have been at a time where 50 points or less qualified one for a blue card. Sandi is correct that if you purchased two 75 point contracts now and only added them each to one that neither would be blue card owners. You could add them to both for 150 pts total and they would.
However it sounds like your BWV contract goes back quite some time when just owning qualified you and it's grandfathered in. So even if that were just 25 points if you added them both to that they would also get the same blue card and perks as you do.
Nothing like DVC to make discounts on a t-shirt so complicated!
OK! Thanks for all of your help. A lot of this does make sense now. Yes my BWV points were purchased in the early 2000s. But I REALLY don’t want to split those up with a new membership #.
So the bottom line is if they won’t let me add them both onto both 75 point contracts as new members at time of purchase, they will let me do so after going through the trouble & cost of changing the titles. Still makes no sense
