Advice Needed- Directions From Airport

I have two different sets of directions to get from Orlando airport to Universal Studios. Universal's website gives directions to take SR 528 to I-4. Mapquest's directions are SR 528 to the FL turnpike to I-4. Anyone know which way is best. Universal's directions seem to be shorter and more direct but does one way have less traffic than the other. My son and I will be arriving next Firday at 5 PM so rush hour is a factor. Thanks for any insight!

If you're referring to orlando international airport (MCO) just follow the SR528 all the way and come off at exit 2 for universal blvd.

528 to FL Tpke to I-4 should have less traffic at that time vs. taking 528 to I-4 and going up to Universal Blvd. Another poster suggested 528 to Universal Blvd. It'll take you a little longer that way. Have fun.
