I am actually going to Orlando and NOT visiting WDW. My hubby gave me tickets to the Adam Ant concert
at Hard Rock Live on the 11th so we thought we would visit "the other park" while we are there. So question-actually 2 questions- is...(and mods, move if needed)...
1. Is it really necessary to stay on site to get the front of the line offer at that time frame? It is a nice perk but Feb is usually slow, right? We will be getting into town about 11ish on that Friday morning and we will go to the parks about 1 (if I pre-print tickets). And then again on Sat until about 6 because I am going to the concert that starts at 8. We are planning a really nice vacation in APril and I don't want this to cut into the planning budget when I can stay off-site for less than $60 bucks at a really decent hotel.
2. The Wingate on Windhover Dr- how far is it truly from the park? Some people say it is walking distance but I am going to Hard Rock and I ain't strolling down the highway with a few beers in me. What is the average cab fare from there if any one has stayed...
Thanks a bunch. Been to Universal before but it ha been about 10 years so I don't remember the set up too well.
