Advice for renting

New DVC member. We scheduled trips with our children- one trip in *** and one in *** - to Polynesian.

My in laws are interested in joining us. We currently don’t have enough points. They are willing to stay anywhere but I was thinking about advising them to rent and stay really anywhere but preferably poly or vgf.

Any advice on the process?

As another option you could seek a transfer of points to you and then you can book the reservation for them. Gives you more control.
This site has a rent/transfer board. Their are point brokers who play the middleman role between renters and owners as well.
