Advice for photo spot for annual shot?

Hi, We are going in just 17 days. This will be DS3 2nd time and DS10month's first time. I would like to start a tradition of doing a photo of the boys at the same place each time we go. Any suggestions for something you have done? I would like it to be by something that we can use to compare sizes as they get older. Thanks so much!

There is always the obvious ones...in front of the castle etc. We have our kids hair cut on Main Street and take their pics in the barber chairs. We also have their photos taken by the barber pole. Also, my DD's nickname is "Tara of Terror" so we have her pic taken in fron tof the ToT since she was an infant each trip. My DS is a huge Star Wars fan so he's in front of the AT-AT walker. We just find fun unusual places.

I was definitely going to suggest somewhere that you could compare how they grow. What about next to the big goofy at the front of magic kingdom. Won't be quite as crowded, but I'm assuming he'll be around for a while. he's over by the photo place. Maybe with the Roy or Walt statues too.

It is so cute to look back at all their photos and now our kids photos.

My SIL always has her picture taken at the fountain in Italy. They are beautiful pictures!!

We do a family picture every year at the wishing well on the path coming from the castle, it is usually not a crowded place, because I hate waiting to take a picture. . We also take individual pictures of the kids, in mexico trying on a sombero, those pictures turn out soooo cute .

We do that next to the wooden Indian on Main Street at the MK. Her first shot there she was 7 months and stood with help. I love looking at the progression!

Here are my dd and ds this past spring with Buzz in front of World of Disney

We have three children and we have had shirts made for them in the past with large #'s on the back for their ages at the time of the trip. Then, we put on their Mickey ears and have them stand by the Walt and Mickey statue facing the castle and take a picture of them from behind. Their ages show up and we can see the height difference as compared the the statue in each photo that is taken whenever we visit WDW. The best photo so far was the one when our now DS3 was only a year old and just as I took the photo, he turned around. So, our first try at this picture setup was not as I originally intended, but a treasure nonetheless!
