Twenty minutes - you can walk it in about the same amount of time, which is faster if there is not a boat waiting (it stops at the BW/Y&BC/S&D).

Right, and we usually take the boat, but get off at the Swan/Dolphin and walk from there. It's faster than staying on the boat or walking all the way.
