During our trip I have ADRs booked for Tokyo Dining and the Rose and Crown for dinner. Do folks suggest any lunch ADRs I should try or is it better to just do Counter Service instead? I don't want a character meal, but wasn't sure if any other places are a must try? Thanks!

Go to Sunshine Seasons, or find something that smells good in World Showcase.

Do not eat at Electric Umbrella.

Sunshine Seasons has great variety and quality for QS but our favourite is Kringla Bakeri but then we are suckers for smoked salmon.

The Spice Road Table is nice for lunch if you want table service. For a quick service lunch, we like both Sunshine Seasons and Tangierine Cafe.

Rose & Crown is great for lunch. Via Nappoli and Biergarten are excellent options as well.

I myself wouldn't do two TS meals in one day just because of the time involved. Even if you get seated right away, you're talking about at least an hour, probably more with a TS meal. And if there's a delay in getting seated, you could be pushing two hours. Some folks don't mind the amount of time it might take (could be a good break from the heat), but I prefer not to spend that much time.

We like the Japan counter service for quick food and there's a cold salmon sandwich in Norway also we like.

Since you have TS for dinner I would find CS at whatever Country smell the best. I like Tangerine Cafe a lot. In FW SUnshine Seasons is always a good choice for my family.

We love Sunshine Seasons not only for the food, but also the location... we can take it everything at the front of the park... eat a nice lunch, and then head to World Showcase. Also, depending on the time of year, we also love snacking through Food & Wine.

Sunshine Seasons and Lotus Blossom Cafe are my favorite CS places in Epcot, but we usually eat at TS. Among our favorites for lunch are San Angel Inn, Nine Dragons(Honey Sesame Chicken), Via Napoli(Piccante Pizza), Rose N Crown and Biergarten

I am surprised by all the suggestions for Sunshine Seasons. I would never waste a meal there when there are so many great International choices in WS that I can't normally eat at home.
We love the Cantina in Mexico, Sommerfest in Germany, Kasura Grille in Japan, Tangerine Café in Morrocco, Les Halles in France and Yorkshire County Fish in the UK. I would do Via Napoli if you are looking for a sit down TS

I'm another one who isn't crazy about Sunshine Seasons, it's always loud and crowded when we are there. I'd go to WS and as others have said, just let your nose lead you. I really haven't had a bad QS experience there at any of the countries.
