Advice for booking strategy

I am trying for a mulitple room stay at BWV and Poly for our family for over Christmas 2021. The 19-26 to be exact. I am curious what you might reccomend for strategy. Ideally I'd like to end up with Poly rooms the first part of the week and 2x 2br BWV on 22-26. Starting the 19th I could book a 2br and a Studio for the week I am looking for and a week at the Poly for 1room. This spreads us out but makes it possible if I can't get anything else. My question is- if I make these reservations for the week ( 1 poly studio, 1 BW studio, 1 BW 2br). How likely would it be that starting midweek (11 months ahead of 22nd) i could switch up and get multiple poly rooms on the front end of the stay and 2, 2 BR for 22-26 so we are all in the same place at the same time. And also, if I've got my points tied up in the week long reservations spreading us out, and go on modify reservation and get the extra 2 br for 22-26, i'm a little afraid of changing what i have that will work by modifying the weeklong reservation first and going back in to get the extra 2BR and it being gone....Any experience or advice appreciated. Thinking it might be good to call ( even though i loose an hour advantage) to have them make the necessary changes- grab the 2 br and then adjust the other reservations to free up points?? Hopefully this makes some sense, my head is spinning a little with the possibilities..

One thing is MS can’t make any adjustments faster than you can online.

I think the Poly rooms will be easier than the 2 bedrooms at BWV since when studios are gone, so are the 2 bedrooms,

I would begin to book in advance and then walk reservations. Getting multiple rooms, especially for that time of year, on the morning of the 11 month window, could be difficult.

I always do that when wanting more than one room for hard to get times. I did that with a tower studio and SV studio for next December. I booked one one morning, and the other the next, and now have moved the the dates I want.
