You suggest to sell and start over. How quickly/long does a resale usually take?

That comes at an expense. Sometimes large. Better to try and get what works satisfactorily for you the first time.

These days resale seems to be taking approx 90 days from offer to points in the system. A year or two ago it was closer to 6o days but Disney has slowed down their actions.
