Advice about timing please

Hi I have a few questions about how much time to allow to get from place to place.
1. To get to HS from CR for start of EMH at 8 am what time should we be at CR bus stop?
2. To get to TTC for 8.00am lynx bus what time should we be at CR monorail?
3. To get to Epcot for start of morning EMH at 8 am what time should we be at CR monorail?

Thanks in advance - I need to prepare my daughter for the early mornings!

1. Be out at the HS bus area by 7:15.
2. Be at the monorail platform by 7:30, latest.
3. Be at the monorail platform by 7am.
