M and R took the clan up to the doggie wash the other day, but we are in thaw which means mud

Good late morning! The house is quiet! Everyone else just left for church. The concert was great! Taylor is incredible!
I'll try and post some pictures later of Rascal Flatts. Andrew took them with his phone, so we have to see how they came out.

Glad you had fun last night Caro!

I've managed to reboot the laundry and sift the litterbox. I have feeling I'm going to end up giving the dog a bath since everyone else seems to have developed aches and pains. I should just bring her somewhere and let them bathe her, but then I'd be wasting money. :sad2:

:wave2:

I'm taking a 2 minute break to eat something.

I think the combination of paint fumes and drywall dust are getting to me.

I'm a little loopy.

And I'm not even drinking my Smirnoff :teeth:

It's 5 somewhere, Kelly. I'm in the mood to go spend money that I don't have. Anyone want to join me? I think I'm going to go look at TVs. I need one for my bedroom. I'll try and be good and not buy one. I want an LCD TV...should I get a 26" or a 32". The smaller should be fine, don't you think?

Well, if you're spending the money...I say go for the 32". They are nice!!!!

And hey, I've already proven that I don't need it to be 5 o'clock anywhere :rolleyes1

We've been sort of looking at TV's for the bedroom. We have a 27" now, but DH want's a 42". I said that's excessive, but he said that being a few inches bigger doesn't impact the LCD prices that much. I bit my tounge (hard) so as not to make any inappropriate comments about that one, and pointed out that our current TV works just fine and we don't need a new tv.

You do have a point there, Lara. It's one thing if you didn't have a TV, but it's hard to justify if you have a decent one. The TV in the master stopped working a few months ago. A 32" one seems plenty big for our bedroom and a 26" would easily do for the bedroom that I sleep in, but I might opt for the 32" so it will be good for a bigger room in the future. Yep, I didn't buy one today...I was good. :rotfl: I did go to Petsmart to buy dog food and treats and bought some cat toys. Why do I think the cats need more toys? Also went to Target, but mostly bought food.

Time to play a game on Webkinz before dinner. :woohoo: Yes, I lead an exciting life. ;)

She didn't make it :sad2:

Aw  Tell her they're all trashy anyway and she really didn't want to make it (I know she did, but maybe she'll feel better). In fact, here's another hug:hug: I've been there...damn splits!

I know, I keep telling her we are proud of her anway, and one of the mandatory camps would have been the same week of itally, but hearing her cry on the phone is breaking my heart:sad1:
She tried out for Cheer Tig, and fell apart :guilty:

Oh no, Angel! I know she's been practicing so hard, too. It's hard to have our kids not make something they're trying for. I was so nervous when Zach was trying out for the baseball team even though I knew he's a good player. He's not so great at tryouts and doesn't always make a great first impression, so I was concerned. It's like we're going through all of it again.

I bought the kitties a laser toy and it's entertaining Zach quite nicely.

I told her all along we were proud of her, regardless if she made it or not, she gave it her all and then some. Still, its hard to see them heartbroken, not the end of the world, I know. She will bounce back, just still hard ya know?

Yeah, it is hard. Sometimes you want to wrap them in bubble wrap.

they normally want to wrap me in bubble wrap :rotfl:

 Is this YOU?

I am so sorry to hear that. It's hard when you know how hard they worked for it.
