Adventurers Club at PI?

Can anyone tell me about the Adventurers Club at PI? What kind of entertainment is there? Is it fun to go to?

We have never been to PI, and want to hit the don't miss spots. We are not much for dancing, but we like to do comedy clubs. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It is a very fun club. You could compare it to being in the middle of a 1930's safari/hunting club spoof. It is interactive, you sing the club song. In the 1st bar area there is an animatronic puppet who interacts with the actors. You can also move into a larger room where there is a stage act. Some of the humor is adult, but in good fun. We have always enjoyed it, however we went 2 times before we knew about moving into the larger room. We just weren't there when it was done.

Adventurer's Club is good, hearty fun, becoming just a bit 'racier' as the evening wears on. If you go earlier in the evening be sure to return again later on. It's a different 'show' each time because there is so much audience participation, and, Pleasure Island being what it is, the audience gets a bit looser in the wee hours (HA! Guess that could mean more than one thing, given the context).

The first one is more a "memory book" kind of thing and the second one is a parody of a magazine they mention in one of the skits but it gives you an idea of what each characters personality is, i.e. Otis Wren is the club's treasurer, but also a fisherman.

definitely don't miss the adventurers club as there is nothing like it anywhere else.

i recommend that you go early in your stay as you might want to go back.

my wife and i typically spend several nights there during our visits to the World. we can't get enough!
