Advantage Car Rental

Goimg to OKW from Mar 2 - 9 w/ DW. Reserved a car thru Advantage for $140 for the week (total is $190). All other companies are in the $300 - $400 range for comparable vehicles and terms. This seems too good to not have a downside that I am missing. Anyone ever rent from them before? The car includes unlimited miles, ABS and AC. Any insight or advice is appreciated. Merry Christmas to all fellow Dis'ers!

Advantage is a no frills car rental, no coupons or discount codes, and the car you get might be a little older or higher milage. However, they are now owned by Hertz, so no worries! It replaced the Hertz Simply Wheelz program at MCO.

Has anyone rented recently? I would love to hear reviews, as well. They are less than Alamo and I could have the pickup/drop off location that I want.

Are they located by Alamo and Enterprise at the airport?

They are on the second level of the garage on both A and B side. Alamo, National and Enterprise are on the first level along with Dollar and Thrifty. Can't give you a review as I don't rent from them....never have and I am supposed to disclose that I work for Alamo.

Most cars come with ABS and AC and most rental companies include unlimited mileage when renting from MCO. Keep checking rates for all companies, they tend to fall the closer you get.

Shared fleet with Hertz.

Also, most Hertz CDPs do give a slight discount at Advantage too (CDP benefits do not apply but the price often drops)....
