I thought that I read somewhere that if you are actually staying at a Disney Resort or maybe it was that you have a Magic Your Way Package..I can't remember now. Is it true that you can make advance reservations 190 days out as opposed to the normala 180 days? I just want to make sure so that we can reservations in at the restaraunts and dining experiences we want. :dance3:

You can call at 180 days before your check-in date and make reservations for up to ten days of your stay.

1- 407 WDW Dine is the Central Reservations number.
Have your resort confirmation number handy if you plan on using the 180 + 10 benefit

Thank you for everyone's help...We have 2 groups coming but we are under different reservation numbers can one of us call for both parties? So that away the reservation is bookked for all of us and not just half of our group?

If you plan to dine together, ie. at the same table it will be one reservation. They will ask for a phone number, just make sure its a number both parties know in case someone has to have the ADR looked up for some reason.

You don't have to be an on site guest to make ADRs. It just seems so on DIS because most of us stay on site.

What about if you're staying offsite? Can you still make ADR's. I just want to book a reservation at the GF cafe and then a reservation for my son on the Pirate Cruise...he hunts for treasure and we can enjoy a sit down breakfast....

Since I don't a resort confirmation number, do I just give our name and then the date/time we're interested in.....

You can call ahead if you are offsite, we just stayed at Marriott Grande Villa and did all our advance ADR's and they were linked by our home phone number...... you can link both families with the same phone number to keep track of them.

You can book 180 days out if you are offsite.

The benefit for onsite guest is I can make one phone call 180 days before my July 1st vacation day and then the rest of my trip even if July 9th is 189 days away. If you are offisite and calling 180 days out for July 1st then again 180 from July 2nd etc.

We would love to stay onsite too, but will have to wait for another time....hoping to do early december one year at WL....But, since this is last minute trip and we can't beat the deal we got for 1br condo...(DGF is retired military) we will be off-site.

DGM and DGGM will not be going to the parks and will be spending most of their time at condo....

it's a win, win for everyone

If the phone lines open at 7am does that mean 6am central time?

CAN I BE ON THE PHONE MAKING SOME ADR'S FOR OUR 10 DAYS AND MY DH MAING SOME ADRS'S AT THE SAME TIME? AM I BEING TOO OBSESSIVE?

(1) Yes, but don't make duplicates for the same meal - Disney apparently can and does cancel them, and lots of people here will get quite upset :rolleyes1

(2) Maybe, but you're in good company here ;)

(3) Your CAPS LOCK is on ;)
